Sunday: ribs and things at my FIL's
Monday: kale + tomato egg scramble
Tuesday: chicken fajita salad, refried black beans
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: grilled italian sausage and andouille, eggplant, carrots, and potatoes
Friday: grilled salmon and lemon garlic shrimp skewers over pesto zoodles and linguine, green salad
Saturday: out to eat
